3. What personal data will we use?
Only personal data that may be necessary for the purposes indicated in point 2 above will be processed by FIDELIO, including:
- data provided by you during registration on our website, or when completing the contact form, online order, consent to the newsletter, in particular data such as: name, surname, email address, phone number;

Your personal data will be processed through computer operating systems and paper forms.
5. To whom will we disclose your personal data?
In connection with the provision of your services, personal data collected by us may be disclosed to external entities providing services necessary for the conduct of our business, including in particular:

7. Newsletter
As part of the website, there is the option to subscribe to the Newsletter. To do this, it is necessary to provide your email address. By providing this data, you consent to receiving commercial information exclusively from FIDELIO. Via electronic communication (email), we inform about new blog entries, offers of virtual products, training, or promotions in the online store.

8. Comments
It is possible to add comments to posts on the blog. To add a comment, it is necessary to provide at least a username, which will be assigned to the comment, and an email address. The username can contain an abstract name or personal data, e.g., first and last name. Providing the above data is voluntary but necessary to add a comment. The comment system can be used as a registered user or an unregistered user.
The added comment along with the data published as part of the comment system settings will be visible on the blog. The comment can be deleted or modified by you at any time.
The comment system is operated by FIDELIO.
9. What rights do you have regarding your personal data?
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- access – you can request free access to your data;
- rectification – you can request FIDELIO to correct incorrect or incomplete personal data;
- erasure – you can request FIDELIO to erase personal data in case one of the following circumstances occurs:
- personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
- you have withdrawn your consent on which the processing is based, and there is no other legal basis for processing;
- you have objected to the processing, and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or you have objected to the processing for direct marketing purposes;
- personal data have been processed unlawfully;
- personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which FIDELIO is subject;
- personal data have been collected in connection with the provision of information society services.
- restriction of processing – you can request FIDELIO to restrict the processing of your personal data in the following circumstances:
- you contest the accuracy of your personal data – for a period allowing FIDELIO to verify the accuracy of this data;
- the processing is unlawful, and you oppose the erasure of personal data, requesting instead the restriction of their use;
- FIDELIO no longer needs personal data for processing purposes, but they are needed by you for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
- you have objected to processing in connection with the right to object and automated decision-making – pending verification of whether the legitimate grounds on the part of FIDELIO override your objection.
- data portability – you can request FIDELIO to transfer the data provided by you to another organization or request the delivery of your personal data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format.
- withdrawal of consent – you can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time;
- objection – you can object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes or in other situations provided for by law by notifying FIDELIO of your objections.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection

We will keep your data for the time necessary for the purposes mentioned above or as required by law.
